The transmitter is designed for the transformation of an RTD Pt100 sensor signal in a fixed measuring range. The standardized output signal used for process measurement is a 4 to 20 mA signal. This means fast, easy and cost-saving temperature measuring as well as reliable and precise measured values for for a wide range of industry applications. Installation is realized on DIN rail according to IEC 60715 (housing width: 22.5 mm).
Fixed range temperature transmitter for converting a Pt100 input signal into a scalable 4 to 20 mA analog output signal
Input: Resistance thermometer (RTD) Pt100
For DIN rail mounting
Benefits
High accuracy in complete ambient temperature range
Fault signal on sensor break or short circuit, NAMUR NE 43 compliant
Since the temperature of compressed hydrogen increases with expansion during filling, temperature measurement is essential at hydrogen filling stations for safety reasons.
Our non-invasive thermometer can be easily retrofitted to the existing pipe and integrated into the control system to enable efficient stand-by operation of a turboset.
The Ziegler-Natta process uses hazardous chemicals like titanium tetrachloride. Precise temperature measurement is crucial to prevent runaway reactions and ensure safety and efficiency.
To meet the challenges of temperature monitoring in such critical processes, a thermowell design has been developed that responds to process changes up to five times faster than standard designs.
