Specs at a glance

  • Sampling probe compatibility

    Raman Rxn-10 probe

  • Wetted materials

Metal: C276 alloy as standard (316L stainless steel or Grade 2 titanium upon request)
Window: high-purity sapphire, proprietary compression fit non-brazed design

Field of application

The fixed focus design of the Raman immersion optic provides long-term measurement stability along with superior signal performance which is essential for transferable, high-performance Raman measurements. Compatible with the Rxn-10 probe, the immersion optic uses no movable parts so it is always in focus. The Raman immersion optic is well-suited for use in reaction vessels, laboratory reactors, or process streams, and its wettable components resist corrosion in harsh environments.

  • Pharmaceutical: drug substance unit operations, reaction analysis, crystallization, end-point detection, solvent swaps

  • Chemical: material identification, reaction analysis, polymerization, cross-linking, blending

  • Food & Beverage: blending, purification, natural and synthetic components

  • Development laboratory: versatile in situ analysis, feasibility studies, model development (or similar)

Benefits

  • Ideal for quick measurements of liquids, slurries, and semi-solids in a laboratory setting

  • Superior signal performance

  • Available in 1/4” and 1/2” diameters

  • No user-adjustable parts

  • Wettable components resist corrosion in harsh environments (including acidic solutions)

  • Raman spectroscopy - advanced optical analysis technology

Boost plant safety, ensure product quality, and optimize operations. Raman spectroscopy measures the composition and molecular structure of your samples from lab-to-process in real time.
